When you own ~4-6 dresses that are suitable for work and it's this sweaty hot for this long, you may have to buy a new dress once in a while. I was in that situation and this is that new dress, from Madewell (hello fancy dressing room curtains). I'll call this waistline semi-flattering and this hemline too long/too short for any occasion other than the office. You'll notice my shoulders are bare.
